How can I make a clear water look in the bottom of a glass vase to hold up silk flowers without using resin?
Just take any pretty bowl you own, cut florist foam to fit, fill with water till nice and soft then cut stems of flowers and greenery and poke into the foam until you achieve the desired effect. Place on top of cake plate. Will also work with artificial flowrs too, just use the foam without water.
Place a foam brick on the center of the plate and use floral tape to create the arrangement of your choice. I think something like this arrangement is beautifully springy! Have fun!!
One other idea is to create a floral wreath that will fit on the cake plate. In the center opening of the wreath, place a glass vase or candle holder
