How do I get rid of the horrible crabgrass?

    You can use Orthos crab grass killer.

    Persistence. Dig out every clump that pops up. Make sure to get the roots.

      and then pour a vinegar solution on the remaining roots. The only sure way is to dig down past the roots and take up all the sod. Then replant with good grasses.

    I have found a lot of information that does indicate that Baking Soda, "Sodium Bicarcobonate" will at least stop the current growth of crab grass.
