Simplest: If the tiles are in good condition and you want to save them. Use a blow dryer to soften the tiles and gently pull them up. Set them in another room face down to dry. Then use vinyl tile adhesive and glue them back on.
Optimal: Remove both sets of tile and start from scratch. Use the blow dryer to soften the tiles to remove them. Not knowing how the first tiles were installed, they may need to be scraped off.
If it was me I would start over.
Straighten the tiles out put thick brown paper down and use a hot regular iron and heat them well press down let cool. I did this to mine and they stuck horse 10 plus yrs.old.
Thanks for the advice on changing my Bathroom Flooring! All I know is that I can't stand it another minute. UGH!!!
