Try using Scotts Moss Out. Read read the back of the bag for at what time you can seed. I do not remember honestly.
Products containing potassium soap of fatty acids or ferrous sulfate can help you control moss by drying it out. Once the product has had time to work, rake up the moss. Afterwards, make sure you have proper soil conditions and you can reseed your lawn. Good luck!
