Holly hocks are supposed to be rabbit resistant. You can try putting citrus peels around.
Until they are big enough (adult and flowering),
to resist rabbits make a pvc and screen cover for them. i have seen many strawberry beds done this way, it thwarts bugs, critters and birds.( Also little impatient fingers.)

I had Rabbits as pets; (Dutch Rabbits);
The only thing thats worked for me is, Moth Balls, available at Dollar Tree. General Dollar, or grocery stores.
Until I started using them rabbits would eat all the flower plants I put in my garden. Just sprinkle around the plants. Doesn't take the whole box.

You might try "Red Pepper Spray"; (Garden type); towards the bottom leaves; (do not use near Pets);
I understand that rodents don't like it if the is shredded Irish spring bath soap . Rabbits are in the rodent family. I also hear it works for deer too.
