Not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve. Are you laying them down on plywood?
Google "How to lay floor tiles" and it will show you many instructional videos, etc on Youtube, etc that will fit your specific needs.
Find the center of the room and start laying your tiles down from there!
FYI: Corners and walls are usually not square. DO NOT start in a corner and work outward. You may up with an ugly finish.
