Good ol' baking soda and a damp cloth will remove a lot of stains that commercial products won't budge. Failing that, and if it's in your budget, you can buy spray paint that's specifically formulated for outdoor plastic furniture. Tons of colours, and it really does a great job. Rustoleum is one of the brands. Good luck!
Plastic over time will fade and cleaners will not bring them back to life.Clean as best as you can and spray paint them with Rustoleumms 2x for plastic.
I use mean green on all my outdoor stuff n it works great
Vinegar and water. Cleaning vinegar works best for me.
I also used a magic eraser on the hard to clean spots. But you could easily spray paint them and make them look brand new. Plus you can change the color if you want!
