Why didn't my re-blooming iris not bloom?

I planted 15 quite expensive re-blooming iris..and not only did they not re-bloom, they didn't bloom at all. I live in zone 4. All corms were planted as directed. Have never had this problem before.

Did you have any unexpected cold snap like the rest of the world?
Most irises do fine in zone 4 You may have planted them too deep. Call the nursery, where you bought them-- see if they can help
I planted a few iris 4 years ago and none of them bloomed the first year. One hasn't bloomed at all. Maybe this year, right?
