How can I create designs to transfer to tee shirts?

I'm not familiar with making your own web site.......sorry!

You can buy template websites and even find free ones, then either learn to customize yourself or find a design student who works cheaper. Microsoft program I use is FrontPage.

For T-shirt designs, you could also check local college art departments to find some graphic design students.

craft store have this paper to put pix on fabric if you draw it have to copy it on printer then use the special..found this i used this back in the 90s

Is there a reason you are looking to create your designs on a web page? Starting a business? If not you can create your designs in Microsoft Word and print them onto fabric transfer paper that can then be ironed on to the T-shirt.
