I use an upright napkin holder to hold my bills and address labels.
I have a space in my desk for mail related items, stamps, return address labels, mailing labels, envelopes of all sizes.
I have them in file folders in the file drawer of my desk. I also have a magazine holder for other shipping labels, envelopes in my bookshelf.
i keep directories in a 3 ring binder. Cards, stationary and mailing supplies I keep in a tub. The cards are sorted in file folders, I.e. Birthday, sympathy, blank. I keep a couple of pens in there two.
I had so many address labels and I rarely mail anymore except email so I sorted and got rid of the ones I knew I would never use. Then, I bought a plastic box from the thrift store where I have folders of important household warranties. I have labels in a folder.
