Feeling proud: 21st Birthday party favors?

Question

It's tough to pull a party on a fixed budget but that doesn't have to mean that you can't be creative.

99% of the items were purchased at the Dollar Store.

Items needed:

package of wedding mini buckets

salt and pepper mini containers

mini shot red cups

peanuts

foam

paperclips or tiny craft cloth-pins

tissue paper

pencil

stewer sticks

mini liquor bottles

hot glue

craft paint

Instructions:

Paint the mini buckets to desire color. Cut foam to fit the inside too. Cut out square pieces of tissue and and glue them around the outer section of the foam. Cut the scewer sticks to desire size and hot glue the liquor bottle to the front middle of the foam. Fill salt and pepper containers with peanuts and attach to another stick. Then attach a mini craft cloth pin to another stick and insert the two scewer sticks tilted behind the bottle...and voila.
