I'm decorating for our annual Pirates and Wenches festival...as chairperson. Our town is famous for it's Pirates and Wenches annual festival and I am hoping to make a massive display to keep the tradition alive and encourage the town to assign me as the new chairperson. I have already built on my property in keeping and need some stunning ideas for the home and the town.

  Great ideas! Aside from the obvious costumes, I really like the pirates mast (made with sheets & pvc pipe) and the food labeling idea (malt balls = canon balls). A must have: treasure chest - so start collecting those family jewels. I also liked the scavenger hunt (clues hidden in a bottle).
