You can purchase a portable and foldable clothes line.
Perhaps you could use Command Strips. Some will hold quite a bit of weight.
You could get another suspension shower rod and place it inside the stall.

there are folding drying racks, they will fit in a bath tub . if your laundry is in a basement, leave it by the washer.
I'm with the others about a folding drying rack. It's perfect for small spaces and stores easily in a closet.
Take a yardstick or cane and lay it over the shower rod and the back of the shower. You can hang several hangars from the rod.
Or maybe an old broom handle across top.
