A cup of ammonia to one gallon of hot water and a few squirts of Dawn dish liquid. I do this once a month to remove old wax. Then a fresh coat of Mop and Glow.
I agree with Wiliiam. If you don't have ammonia on hand, you can use 1/4 cup of white vinegar in a gallon of warm water.
I redid my entire house with a cushioned floor with a texture such as your. It is a NIGHTMARE !!! I was told to NOT use wax..no mop and glo.. that's why it's called a NO WAX floor...and to not use a Steam cleaner...so now what??? SO far? The only thing that works is hands a knees and a stiff bristle brush. WORST FLOOR EVER !!!
You can clean with a floor scrubber that has brushes. (Buffers use brushes with a pad over them). There are special cleaners and sealers for your specific floor. OTC cleaners like mop and glow build up.
I have the same type floor and clean different areas with a brush. I can't clean an entire floor at once. I am concerned about using a harsh cleaner such as ammonia or acidic such as vinegar. I use a floor cleaner but it does not get into the 'dimples' as I would like so I spot clean and eventually complete the entire floor with a brush just to get to start all over again. Hard work and I so would like the floor dimples to be completely clean all at once. Surely there is a company out there with some suggestions.
Oxy Clean either mixed into the mop water or made into a paste for hard to clean areas.
