I don't know the answer, but I have the same problem with squirrels and I would love to have them go away.
Put some moth balls around your outside flowers. Redo after rain. It's effective for cats maybe for rabbits to.
I made my own mix that is safe, but a no-no to animals. 1/2 cup red pepper flakes, 2 tsp cayenne pepper, 2tsp garlic oil(from a jar of purchased minced garlic) or powder.
2 tsp Hot pepper sauce, Tabasco
2 cups cooking oil
marinate for several days.
Blend in blender till smooth and totally liquid.
Spray or drizzle along rocks or fence line.
I wouldn't get in on edible plants I don't think.
I use it on the rocks in my rock gardens.
buy a bag of dried blood and sprinkle it around your plants. Repeat after it rasee. Can be found at any garden store
