How do I paint plaster walls, so that the paint sticks?
I have a 1949 home plaster walls, very small kitchen. Thank you!
you most likely will want to use a primer and sealer before using latex. Many people complain that their paint starts peeling from plaster walls. Zinsser has a really great primer. If there is already peeling paint, you will have to scrap as much as you can to get a smooth finish.
Don't know what you by "mist" coat. Just prime the plaster to seal it for paint.
