Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Wash & dry the skillet. Rub a piece of bacon all over the inside of the skillet then put it in your preheated oven for 1 hr. It will then be seasoned again.

I like the bacon idea. Who doesn't love bacon? But, I seasoned mine with the oil to start. Then, after use I have cleaned it by sprinkling a heavy layer of rock salt, let that sit for a bit, then using a paper towel, I let the rock salt "scrub" my pan clean. Then I lightly rinse the pan with water. If necessary, another light rubbing with vegetable oil and you're good to go. Good luck.
