409 or Simple Green will do the trick. Available almost anywhere and not expensive. Be sure to wipe down until completely dry. Use paper towels or an old soft rag, I keep old 100% cotton tshirts for this purpose. Hope this solves your poblem!
You can use blue dawn dish soap.
I use white vinegar that has had orange peels added. Spray the liquid on the chair and wipe dry. Does a very nice job on my husbands chair, windows or whatever you have.
Worked as a Maintenance Tech for a nursing home. We used Simple Green to clean wheelchairs monthly or as needed. Only product that the State approved.
