Looking for some kind of "found object" to use for large (larger than 20 gal.) aquarium for huge goldfish.
Are you looking for a 'temporary' aquarium type 'thing' for these/the goldfish? You could use a semi-clear tote sold in most local stores that sell household goods or in a 2nd Hand store or at a garage sale in your neighborhood. Add an air stone & pump with outside filter system that hangs on the side [easiest for cleaning-goldfish tend to be a little messier than other fish]...hope this helps.
Now that is a creative solution for sure. I think I am going to take them to a place that sells koi and also pond supplies and see if they will take them as they need a lot more space that I am not able to provide in my mobile home. I have them in a big tank now, but they have outgrown it, and I don't have a place to put them. But this is a great idea and very appreciated.
