THere are so many fun options for you- you can make a jewelry organizer, lampshade, sunburst mirror, keep us posted on your choice!
I use old blinds when I'm painting and need a clean edge. They need to be thin. You can cut them to size if you are painting windows [esp french pane] which is a real time saver. Press in place, hit with a mid-dry brush, remove blind, wipe with cloth, repeat.
Cut them into pieces 4" long, use a permanent waterproof pen, use as plant markers in the garden.
Paint stirrers, garden markers, plant trellis, drawer dividers, etc.
