Spray some WD 40 in the hinges
If the wood is rubbing you need to shave/plane down the doors where it rubs with a hand wood planer, thne repaint spot. Easy, and only effective way to solve the problem.
check the hinges to see of any are loose, tighten if needed, if tight then sand the top of door. does the door stick all the time or just in humid conditions?
Janet, I see you answer a lot of questions and I agree with most. We disagree on WD-40. It is slick for awhile. Then as it evaporates it get sticky. Eventually, it gets to the gooey mess stage and really causes problems on door locks and things it is supposed to lubricate. Use a spray graphite or graphite powder.
I have a real old house, and stuff sticks sometimes. I rub bar soap on door edges, and drawer tracks. Also tighten up your door hinge screws. Will work if not settling. If that didn't work, try sand paper from med grit to fine grit, Then try your soap. Next step is to plane. Hinges I prefer graphite powder too.
