What's the easiest way to seal a hole in the outside wall of a garage?
Could expanding foam work? It's in an area not very visible.

Also, I'm sure you've checked, but when this happened to us we found that there was a small hole at the top of the wall where water got in and leaked out. We covered it with silicon and it fixed the problem - so worth looking closely! For us, it was a really small opening.
