Get an OR water system for your house. When you drink a bottle of purified water, that is what you are drinking. Places like Culligan also offer whole house systems that do the same. One house we lived in had horrible tasting water and it wasn't well water. We had Culligan install one of there systems and the water no longer was stinky or tasted bad. We now use a small RO system to make purified water for our salt water fish tanks.
You can also chlorinate your well...chlorine will dissapate over time.
Get a reverse osmosis under counter water filter. They are great and pay for themselves in a very short time. Be sure to run an extra line from it to frig. for ice maker.
