Loctite makes a specialty glue for glass.
e6000 - dries clear and strong - just use a dab.
E6000
we have used E600 and gorilla glue with good tesults
I find e6000 to be real runny..I always use clear silicone caulk..it is thicker and if you let it set a minute or so before adhering item..it gets tacky and won't let stuff slide.
E6000 IS runny as Bernice said. And it's slick and slippery when working with metal or glass. It needs a light sanding where it's being applied. There's an epoxy glue you can get at lowes or home depot that is clear and should work as well
