I don't know too much about Pecan trees other than they drop the nuts every other year. What, if anything, may have changed? I would ask at a local nursery for suggestions, call your local AG extension or an arborist.
Do you live in an area affected by drought? Is it just your trees or is it a neighborhood problem.
Is it possible that you need a male and a female tree, there are some species of trees that divided up that way? Check with your local Botanic Garden; an Agricultural person; a master gardener or local city tree farm.
