Sorry Drkjhill, but without some photos, impossible to help you .
we drew the room dimensions to scale on graph paper and then did the same with the furniture and cut them out. We could play around with all kinds of arrangements to get an idea of what might fit where. Of course when we actually placed the real stuff we made a few changes anyway!
