Plumbing Problem- how can we fix?

Upstairs in my house we have trouble with regulating the water temperature. Requiring constant changing to try and maintain consistant temperatures. Downstairs the water stays consistant. How can this be fixed?

I think this will help you out!
Your Plumber can install a balancer on your upstairs shower. It will keep the water at a steady temperature.I had to do that. It is not the water heater causing the problem.
Agree You need a balance flow shower faucet installed.
