Small bedroom without closet with full size beds how to arrange beds?

We have that too!! What we did is built closets lining the wall across from the beds and we didn't have room for 2 bedside tables so we only have one in there.
Place the bed up against one wall and place pillows on the wall to look like a couch, then get a tall dresser in replace of a closet. Also their are containers that will slide under the bed for things you do not use all the time.
You could put an armoire in between for closet space and a little privacy for eachbed.
