How about a very heavy duty mountain bike?
Run a cable from bottom of slope to the top on a couple of sturdy trees using quarter inch cable and cable clamps. Run enough rope from top to bottom so you can tie it to some sort of basket on a little pulley attached over the top of the cable. Put your treasures in the basket ( or some other suitable container, and when you get back up by the top of the slope use the rope to pull your load up the cable and tie it to another tree while you unload your basket! You can use the system to take "stuff" down the slope as well.
if you have large items to move you can run two cables side by side the use 2, 4 in. pvc pipe on the ground to slide the basket or boxes on.
Could use either a pulley system or a winch attached to a (free or low cost)pallet ....secure items to top of pallet therefore leaving bottom of the pallet to slide up slope.
