I would like to know how to get rid those pesty little sink/drain flies. I've tried baking soda and vinegar, drain cleaners and put plastic over the drains.
if not what was the best roach killing resolution did you all have?
We bought a coffee maker at a yard sale, washed it, set it up, made a pot of coffee and the roaches started swarming out. We fought those nasty things for a year with everything we could get our hands on. They would disappear for awhile and come back. Let me add, I am deathly afraid of bugs!
Long story short an exterminator told me about Advion Cockoach Gel Bait. I went on Amazon and purchased a double pack (comes in a tube syringe with plunger) I took small squares of cardboard and applied little dots the size of peas on each cardboard piece and placed in my cupboards along back of counter, window sills, behind fridge and stove. Long story short- we have been roach free for 2 years. Best stuff I ever purchased. A little goes a long way. I have half a tube left and the other whole one I kept just in case...

Black Flag is the best for getting rid of roaches.....u can get it at Lowes...I got the spray and the motels...they really do work.....
If you have a lot of stored things in boxes, change them over to plastic bins. They love paper and cardboard. Store things in your kitchen in glass or plastic to keep away anything they could be feeding on in there, same with pet food, try to limit anything they could use to feed on. If you put out bait, make sure you put it around any appliance you have as they love to hide in them, even the microwave. Have lived in Texas and Florida where they are everywhere and this all helped me keep them away. Once you get them they can be hard to get rid of, but ts is possible. Good Luck!
If you live in an apartment or attached condo every unit needs to be treated at the same time or they will just move to another unit and back again. Be vigilant about getting rid of cardboard boxes and paper bags, the roaches feed on the glue.
