Training, training and training with a ton of patience and positive reinforcement. Go on line and look for articles or videos, many well known pet trainers have videos on utube. Get books at the local library on puppy training. As soon as your dog is old enough, enroll at low cost group training at a pet store. I was lucky enough to be at home when my dogs were puppies. I took them out and to a certain spot in my yard. When still tiny, at least every 2 hours, day an night. They quickly learned (the 2nd and 3rd were easier), what to do and where to do it.
not exactly sure what your question is???Is it training a puppy?
We always took our pups out at regular times during the day and told them to "be clean" if they pooped or other heaps of praise was given. They soon got the message. If they do it in the house take them outside and give them the instruction to "be clean".
I finally went to Home Depot and bought a doggy door and my son installed it for me. She loves it and I never had that problem again.
We used to crate train all our puppies. Must be small crate just big enough for them to turn around. After 10 weeks, you put them in the crate at night next to your bed.... when puppy cries, you get up and take them out. They will usually only soil themselves a couple times, then they will cry louder for you to let them out. Take puppy with you at all times, they usually are taken out every 2 hrs. only takes a week or two for them to get bladder control and learn.
I trainer once told me that sprinkling their food lightly around let's say, the living room and down the hall, etc. will keep them from peeing or pooping there because they don't do that where they eat. It worked for my dog.
Also, we hung a little bell on the door and showed him that each time he pawed it he could go outside..
