How about building one?
Check your local HD or Lowes for their display units. You may be able to build your own with pvc piping. Lots of options. Best of luck.
I built one out of two large rectangular planting boxes, could also use 1/2 barrels, then I got 3 - 10' tall x 2' bamboo panels at bi-mart. We painted these with epoxy white marine paint. I put 1 in each pot along walkway, and filled with gravel and potting soil, leveled and drilled hole and bolted to side, then one was attached to the top across the walkway using soaked bambo lashing.
The lady I did this for put clematis vine in the pots which grew over the trellis.
Another option would be to use white resin trellises or lattice.
If you have your heart set on an arch over the top, try 1" pvc pipe that will fit over the bamboo ends, cut a bit longer than the distance across and it should arch up when you force it into or over bamboo ends; or some old tent poles.
I use thin strips of old pantyhose to tie vines onto the fencing to train it where I want it to go.
