Need pool ladder- can I build a more stable one?

I purchased one of those blow up pools, 4 ft deep. The ladder that came with it is so flimsy and narrow we can't use it. Is there an easy way to build a ladder that is more stable?

I feel your struggle here...a few years ago I was at my brother-in-laws and they had a similar ladder that would not hold me - -I'm big gal!
