How to make something like these couch tables?

I was at an office and saw these tables that are on wheelS. They fit under the couch so great for working with laptop or eating. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this as a DYI.
These are way cool! Go back and take more pictures and measurements so you can have someone make for you. I love these and would want several! Great as side tables, by any sofa or chair, great in a craft room, great on the patio . . . Depending on what finish you choose, could go in any room in the house.
