Sounds like the tracks are not level. That would cause the drawers to slide out after closing them. What you can do is take the drawers out and then unscrew the back of the track where it attaches to the wall. Then you need to move it down so it is just a little bit unlevel (make sure the track slants down away from you). Good luck!
Be sure the tracks are level so your drawer stays level.
I would lay a level on top, and be sure if it is level or not. If not, then the problem is in the kitchen, or home. This would be the first step. Secondly, change the slant on the tracks just a bit, so this will not happen again. All you need, is just a small, bit of change. Check that too, with a level, to be sure. Best wishes.
Shine a light in the drawer opening to see if the stop at the back of the drawer slide broke off. I had to replace a couple in my clients house to get the drawers to work properly. Wasn't hard. I took one with me to the store, so clerk could get me the same thing,... we had to order them cause it was an old style.
