How often are you watering the orchid. Yellowing of the leaves generally is caused by improper watering.
Wet feet. The orchid needs to drain entirely when watered. once yellow, pluck off.
I am not 100% sure but I just had a problem with all of my plants yellowing at the ends.
A wonderful lady at Alton Nurseries did some investigating and said our water has too much salt in it from the water softener. I now use water that does not go thru the softener and my plants are happier.
