I dig them out, but honestly, I do not get that many, so it is not a huge concern for me. Most of mine turn up in the front yard for some reason. The dogs get the back yard, so if I do not get to them right away in the front yard, when the sun hits them they are pretty much toast anyway.
If you poke some holes in the ground around the mushrooms and fill those with soapy water, that will kill the mushrooms.
