I would retexture the areas needed and paint the whole wall. You can buy the patch needed at your local hardware store. Tell them want you want to do they can help.
Where the popped nail is --nail two addition nails--above it a inch or so and below the popped nail-- add these nails and nail the 3 nails in, patch and paint. I believe drywall screws can also be used.
I agree with Lee, but would definitely use screws instead of nails.
and make sure the heads are just dimpled below the drywall surface before taping and or mudding.
