You have to apply a grub control on the entire lawn.
The best, and cheapest way, is to put a large coke plastic container in the flower bed. If you have one, cut off the top, where it starts to ------___ lid on bottle, cut off this part, and turn the top area, in toward the bottom of the bottle, and staple it shut. The grubs will go in there, by themselves, and no cost to you, as long as you have this on hand. Once they are in there, they can't get out. You can dump these as you desire, or keep on collecting them. I have them in several of my flower beds, and it is the best solution EVER!!! Why spend money!! Make your own, and relax!! Please do share with others, ok? Best wishes, J.
For small areas, eggshells. Cuts them so they avoid that area
sugar, just plain white sugar. Sprinkle it by hand in the area you are having problem with , water it and within a week they are gone. Like magic
NO - just follow the directions, and LAY on top of the soil, this is ALL DONE - you don't have to do anymore at all. This is finished. In a few months, if this gets to have many, in it, you can always make a new one, tho in that case, I just take it apart, and empty it, and staple it again, and let the animals fill it again. Best wishes, Judy.
Neem oil will kill grubs. I think some respondents are thinking slugs instead of grubs. You apply it in a sprayer.
