How to heat keep warmth in spaces with concrete floors?

Completely renovating a home built in '56. Walk out basement has concrete floors and walls in some spots. Want to polish and keep the look of concrete, but we are concerned about being warm enough. Master, family room, and play room all in this space, so it will get a lot of use.

You might put one of those grid floor warming systems, then have another pour done on top which you could order a finished floor.
