You can set up traps away from you home to lure the bees.Other then that the only thing that comes to mine is spray the fake plant at night with a bee killer.
I dont think bees are building nest they swarm and there is people to come get them. I belive you have several kinds of wasp so place wasp trap bags away from home is correct.
I've seen many examples of people who paint the ceiling of the porch a light blue (sky color). They all say it keeps birds and insects away, because it confuses them. Can't really testify as to it's validity, but it is where I would begin, if you have a paint-able (wood or smooth) ceiling. It may be an "old wives tale". Check out pinterest and google ('blue ceiling porch"). The ceiling on my porch is stucco and not really good for this idea, but then I don't have a problem with the birds and/or wasps.
I use cooking spray. Works like a charm. Been doing it for years. Anywhere they like to build nests. Have kids,so on all the plastic yard toys I turn upside down and give a good spray in the places the my want to build a nest. Also under eaves of house, winds chime, ect. Makes area to greasy to build nests. Another perk is if you spray on an active nest they just fall to ground. Won't kill them but they can't fly. Spray gets on wings so you can just stomp on them.
I found a yellow jacket nest in my tree that was stored in the box. I used Black Flag wasp and hornet Spray. Then I put up a 'Rescue' yellow jacket trap to catch the ones that were out foraging. I was stung multiple times when I found a nest the size of a football in my compost pile. Now I keep the traps out as long as I see them in my yard. This will be my third year to use them and they really work. The traps are alleged to attract the queens too. The traps should not be places near to where you work or play. You want them to be lured away from you. Bees are not attracted to them.
