Try sprinkling soap shavings around your flowers to keep them from nibbling- just make sure to replace the soap after rainfall. GOod luck!

There is no proven long term methods. The soap will not work after awhile that has been proven.Human hair is not effective.Fencing is a deterrent, however I do not know if that is in your budget. Make sprays of hot pepper and garlic, apply blood meal, unfortunately these are proven to work ,but will need to be re-applied.

I have dried powdered milk with some success. http://mikesbackyardnursery.com/2012/11/homemade-deer-repellent/

I just used regular powdered milk, not baby formula.
