Pond Nightmare Becomes A Pondless Beauty
by
Continental Ponds
(IC: professional)
This water feature was at the entry way of an upscale housing addition in Edmond, OK. After several failed attempts to repair this feature we were called in to give it a shot. Much to the dismay of the developer we informed him it needed to be re-built. Trying to repair a nightmare is often more expensive than just starting over, in this case being their main attraction to the development, it was not worth the risk. We all agreed a nice pondless waterfall would be perfect.
As we started tearing things out we noticed there were a lot of nice big "moss boulders" buried in the dirt behind the waterfalls. Before we knew it, we had more than enough large rocks on site to build the entire feature without bringing in any more. We utilized all the rocks and incorporated them within our water feature and it turned out great! What do you think?
