Crabgeass control and it has raining. Can I spread grass seeds now?

Is the crabgrass dead? If so then you need to clear out all dead material, aerate or till the soil, then overseed, place a topper on and water.
I just treated mine a week ago, going to have retreated in another week, then clear, and proceed as described above. My lawn was a mess though and not just little patches.
For an overseeing you will have to aerate and rake out the dead grass. Apply top soil,lime,grass seed,starter fertilizer,and top with peat moss,keep evenly moist until the seed germinates.
