A commercial product calked "CLR" that is environmentally friendly, or plain white vinegar and an old toothbrush.
Try making a paste of white vinegar and baking soda or cream of tartar and lemon.
Second the suggestion for CLR.

Yes, a product calleld CLR works. It's available at Walmart, etc. CLR stands or Calcium, Lime, and Rust, so it works on all those problems.
