What kind if tile!
NO, Never lay any kind of flooring over ceramic tile! The grout lines between the tiles won't support the laminate or wood flooring properly, and you will wind up with loose and creaky spots on your new floor.
Don't do it!!! You need to lay the wood directly on your sub floor. I like to nail it and also put pl-500 on the bottom of the hard wood flooring so you don't get squeaky spots in the floor.
Third vote for no. The flooring nails would shatter and crack the tiles, leaving you with a loose floor with lots of squeaks.
