I have used Lipton tea. Just take about 4 bags and make tea in a 1/2 gall jug. Steep it at least a few hours , shifting to mix it every so often. Take out the bags, use at regular waterings.

I use a plant food just for african violets. If they still aren't blossoming, try moving to a different spot. Light but not direct sunlight.
