What's the best Grass seed for us?
I have some patchesthat I can't get grass to grow. We have the red clay areas that we put some black dirt and trI'd to plant some grass seed but it's not working well. What is the best grass seed to try ?

It most likely not the seed itself. When over seeding is done you must use the proper soil.In this case because you have clay ULTRA LIGHT TOP SOIL should have been used along with LIME and GYPSUM,Grass seed and starter fertilizer top with peat's keeping moist until the seed germinates.
