How to rid yard of chipmunks and their tunnels, all over the yard?

My back yard has been a breeding ground for chipmunks for a number of years. I've tried putting a hose done the holes, adding dog poop, getting rid of grubs, and still they prosper. Our dog doesn't seem to scare them away either! Having issues with tunnels collapsing leaving dangerous grass covered holes all over. Help!

I do not think you are dealing with chip munks. It is with voles or moles.Raised tunnels are moles going after grub. Tunnels that leave no mounds are voles eating roots from generally from stems or roots from flowers. The controversy has been going on for quite some time.Apparently this is the year of what and how, myself included. For moles apply a grub control, for voles make a spray with hot pepper and crushed garlic, and apply castor oil. For any other issues use the spray I recommended plu apply blood meal. These rodents do not like certain scents ,however re-applications will have to be done to be done with them.
