We had someone's homemade sand paint over the paneling in our house. A scraper and a lot of elbow greashe did it for us. If there's an easier way do it.
hope it is not Dry Lock it will take a lot of elbow grease. This is a water proof paint, In that case you would have to sand it down or texture over it.
so very difficult to remove sand paint. I would texture over it unless it is concrete walls. Good luck
